Carehood stores the following personal information:

• Phone number (optional)

No personal data is shared with third parties. Personal data is only used to let neighbors and others in the safety area know who the physical person is.

Cookies are used to store information about who is logged in.

Your Data and Account Deletion

You have full control over your account and can delete it whenever you choose. Here's how our data deletion policy works:

• Forum posts are permanent: Posts written in group forums belong to the group and are not deleted when you remove your account. This ensures group conversations remain intact and accessible to other members.
• Leave groups and delete your account: You can leave any Carehood groups and delete your account at any time without restriction.
• Group owners: If you are the owner of a Carehood group, you must first transfer ownership to another user before deleting your account. This ensures groups are not left without an owner.
